You know it’s bad when…
…you’re dreaming about TweetDeck.
Recently, I finally gave in and joined the Twitter Revolution. I did it for the kids, specifically for kids impacted by divorce as I am tweeting on behalf of CoParenting101.. Follow me!
There’s nothing like waking up to a notification that LightYear Wireless is following me…
I’m taking it easy this Sunday morning as I woke up not only to thoughts of TweetDeck, but also to a queasy tummy, and for once I don’t have to think about the fact that I’m missing another Sunday at church. Yesterday, I finally found THE church. Several people had recommended it (and a few rolled their eyes when I mentioned it), but I finally got around to visiting last night. The main draw is a Saturday evening service which allows me to avoid the massive crowds at their 3 Sunday services, and it fits nicely with the fact that the girls go to church with their dad on Saturday evenings (different church, but for the same reason).
[BRB...TweetDeck tells me that just got a DM from ChoosingChange!]
So anyway…great sermon, great music; dynamic, young, smart pastor. Works for me. As I had been warned, I didn’t get the warmest welcome at this church, but that’s okay. I’ve given up hoping to find EVERYTHING I’d like in a church. This church’s Saturday evening service doesn’t offer a separate children’s service, but the girls love the children’s church where they attend with their dad, so that’s a moot point.
In other news, I’m entering the home stretch on the book proposal. Just a few more chapters to summarize, and two sample chapters to flesh out. Excitement!
Once the queasiness subsides fully, it’s back to laundry, lunch, and then to “Up” with Mini-Me!
